Send safety

Limits you cannot turn off. Accounts that stay alive.

Email and LinkedIn run under send-safety limits — not Gmail-only, and not “hope the provider doesn’t notice.” Daily caps, warm-up, spacing, and a reply guard are enforced in the product. You physically cannot configure a campaign that sends like a spam bot.

What is enforced

Per account. Across the fleet.

Capacity can pool across every mailbox and LinkedIn account you connect. The safety rules do not. Each sender keeps its own budget, warm-up, and spacing.

50 / 150

Domain-aware email limits

Personal @gmail.com capped at 50/day, Google Workspace at 150/day — because Google treats them completely differently.

+ in

LinkedIn envelope

Connection requests and messages run in their own daily envelope, alongside email from the same pipeline — not as an unbounded extra channel.

ramp ↗

New-account warm-up

Fresh senders ramp up gradually instead of blasting on day one — the #1 cause of suspensions.

60–120s

Human-pattern spacing

60–120 seconds between sends, always — and follow-ups count against the same budget as first touches.

↩ = stop

Reply guard

A candidate who answers never gets another automated touch. Replies stop the sequence on email and LinkedIn.

Fleet, not one inbox

Connect every mailbox the desk owns. Volume comes from the fleet; a single account never has to carry the whole book of roles.

Why this exists

Suspended accounts kill desks.

Marketplace work is volume. The shortcut is to blast. The cost is a dead Gmail, a locked LinkedIn, and a week of silence while everyone else submits. Hire1 is built so the engine cannot take you there — the limits are the product, not a setting you forget to turn on.

  • Follow-ups are not free extras. They spend the same daily budget.
  • You cannot raise a personal Gmail past 50/day inside Hire1.
  • LinkedIn does not inherit leftover email capacity. It has its own envelope.
